Dinner: 

     A small can of natural tuna, an omelet with two eggs. Herbal tea or infusion optionally sweetened with stevea.

     One cup of skim milk with optional infusion sweetened with stevia, two slices of whole wheat bread spread with low fat cheese and red apple.

 Lunch: 

100 gr mushrooms, half chicken breast and tomato. Herbal tea

Dinner:

   Canned peas, two hard-boiled eggs and an apple. An infusion of choice sweetened with stevia.

Breakfast: 

      An infusion of choice sweetened with stevia, low fat yogurt and a slice of whole wheat bread with ham and low fat feta cheese. Red Apple.

Lunch: 

      3 slices of cooked pumpkin, omelette and tomato. Herbal tea
Snack: Service of diet gelatin with pieces of fruit and herbal tea with stevia.

Dinner: Half grilled chicken breast and lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sprouts of beans. Season with olive oil and vinegar.



Breakfast:

       low-fat yogurt, herbal tea with stevia, two full-grain feta crackers with low fat feta cheese and feta ham. Red Apple.
Lunch: Half cooked pumpkin stuffed with tuna and onions. Gratin with low calorie cheese. Herbal tea

Snack: 

       A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, ham and feta cheese with low fat. An infusion of choice sweetened with stevia.



Dinner:

        Half chicken breast without chopped skin and salads of carrots, peas, palm trees, onions and tomatoes. Herbal tea
Breakfast: One cup of skim milk with optional infusion sweetened with stevia, two slices of low fat cheese bread. Red Apple.

Lunch: 

    A grated carrot with two hard-boiled eggs and a green leafy salad.


 Snack: 

       Defend yogurt, portion of dietary gelatin with fruit chips. Herbal tea

Dinner:

      Half cooked pumpkin with omelette with two eggs and tomato. Herbal tea
Day 6: Lower Stomach Diet Repeat Day 3

Day 7: Repeat Day 2
